Balance Gel Nail Enhancements

One of the industry leading gel systems, NSI is a light curing product that is applied in three phases. Each phased component has been designed to perform a specific function and provides optimum strength and versatility for a wide range of nail types. Once cured this system is non-porous reducing any risk of moisture associated nail infections. Additionally, this system does not have an odour and gives for a more pleasurable treatment.

Natural Clear Overlays (60mins) - £20.00

Nails are file to desired shape and length, cuticles tidied and the nail plate groomed and prepared for the Balance Gel application. The treatment begins with one layer of clear gel and placed under a UV lamp to cure (dry). Depending on the chosen finish clear, colour or french the gel is then applied. Each stage is cured under the UV lamp. The treatment ends with a high gloss UV cured sealant to give that beautiful permanent shine. Finally an application of nourishing cuticle oil and hand cream. Nail are thoroughly dry with no risk to smudging or chipping...

Nail Extensions (Tip or Sculpted) with Clear Gel (90mins) - £30.00

Nail Extensions (Tip or Sculpt) for Severe Nail Biters (120mins) - £45.00

The nails are filed to a desired length and cuticles tidied and the nail plate prepared. Your nail technician will then speak to you about the best extension method. The extensions are then applied and the relevant gel finish added in order to create those beautiful but natural looking nails. Nails are finally buffed and finished with a UV High gloss sealant in order to give you that glossy wet look that will last until your next infill appointment.

Nail Extensions for nail biters with in most cases require a gel that is 'custom' blended in order to hide the damaged natural nail and to create the illusion of longer nail beds. Please also note that infills are required every 2 weeks for the short term as they tend to become unstable very quickly. Your nail technician will advise you on this during the initial consultation. Please ask if you have any further questions.

The infill treatment is for regular gel clients who have previously received either a natural nail overlay or nail extension overlay. The gel nails are buffed smooth and filed as required and filled in to create a new and fresh set of nails. This pricing is based upon a 3 week time line. Infills that are required after this time will be charged at £5 per additional week. I would suggest that a 4 week infill though would be most peoples limit.

Manicure

Express Manicure Treatment and Varnish £15.00

A mini treatment for those people that are is a rush and just want a quick tidy. Incorporating cuticle work, nail file and shape, hand massage. This is followed by an application of your chosen nail polish. If nail polish is not required the natural nail is buffed to a high shine for a glossy finish.

Standard Manicure Treatment and Varnish £20.00

A treatment incorporating a hand soak, cuticle work, exfoliation and massage. This is followed by an application of your chosen nail polish. Leaving your hands soft and alive.

Luxury Manicure Treatment and Varnish £25.00

A luxury manicure including cuticle work and the use of thermal mittens to nourish and hydrate the hands. The treatment is followed with an application of your chosen nail varnish, including French polish.

File and Varnish £10.00

This really is a quick treatment. File and Varnish that really is it.

Please note that all nail polishes take a while to dry and this consideration should be made when booking any treatments. I apply a quick dry top coat to assist but this does not make the polish completely dry. Please be careful!

Pedicure

Express Pedicure Treatment and Varnish £18.00

A mini treatment for those people that are is a rush and just want a quick tidy. Incorporating cuticle work, nail file and shape, foot massage. This is followed by an application of your chosen nail polish. If nail polish is not required the natural nail is buffed to a high shine for a glossy finish.

Standard Pedicure Treatment and Varnish £25.00

Incorporating hard skin softening with a foot soak, toe nail and cuticle tidy, exfoliation and foot file plus a relaxing foot massage. Using natural products leaving your feet feeling refreshed and your toes polished.

Luxury Pedicure Treatment and Varnish £30.00

A moisturising treat for the feet. Incorporating a foot soak, toe nail and cuticle tidy, hard skin removal with a foot file and exfoliation. This treatment involving thermal booties and a luxury foot mask and then a relaxing massage to leave your feet feeling revitalised and polished. Includes French Polish if required.

File & Varnish - £12

This is really quick, and includes file, trim and varnish with, basecoat, colour of your choice and topcoat. This does not include any additional work. Great if you are short of time and just need a quick tidy.

Callus Removal £30.00

Callus Foot Care System is a 30 minute four step process to remove the unsightly hard skin around heels and toes. A skin softening patch is applied to the area and left for 15 minutes. Immediately after the mask removal, a special scraper is used to peel off the dead skin (calluses) followed by a skin buff to remove anything remaining. This is then completed by the application of an intensive moisturiser. The end result is soft beautiful feet. For additional mask packs required for additional areas it is £12.

Deep Callus Removal combined with any pedicure is £12.00 per mask pack (two per pack) on top of the pedicure treatment as above.

Medical Grade Pedicure £35 - With the use of foot files and drills, this pedicure is really only for the removal of hard dead skin and with ladies with problematic hard skin patches. These areas are removed using a high speed drill (don't worry it does not hurt), and finished using a fine file to smooth and refine. Toes Nails are filed and tidied and cuticles pushed back and nipped. Finish off with some lovely cream and a massage. To finish off the pedicure of course a paint is included in the colour of your choice. If you have any other foot related infections, fungal infections, verrucas etc I am unable to treat. If this is identified as part of my consultation, then I will have to refer you to a GP, or my Foot Health Professional friend.

I would recommend that you bring open toe shoes with you preferably flip flops for easier access, and to avoid any heat treatments after having a pedicure. Nail Polish takes up to 12 hours to fully dry.

Toe Nail Repairs using Gel

Do you have a piece of toe nail missing, maybe you have just knocked it in between pedicures. Well don't worry, I can rebuild your toe nail using gel, and you won't be able to tell the difference! Your pedicure will be perfect again. These prices are to be added to any pedicure price as above.

French Manicure or Permanent Colour Gels for your toes

Permanent French and Colour Gel - £30.00

Gel Toe nails enable you to have up to a 6 week maintenance free pedicure. A range of colours are available, with the ever popular french included too. This really is a must for the busy ladies that want a perfect look for longer. The treatment is only an hour and gives you a great look.

Toe Nails can also be lengthened or repaired if you have had the odd accident.

Regular infill's are advised in order to keep your toes looking fresh. Your toe nails naturally grow slower than your finger nails, so infill's are not required so often. This popular treatment gives a flawless and permanent colour to your toes.

Infills are usually done from 3 - 6 weeks. Infill price is the same as the full treatment price as normally removal of most of the gel is required ready for reapplication. This also includes any colour changes.

Minx Nails

The launch of Minx nail fashion is a new and glamorous way for women to extend fashion to their very fingertips. The Minx manicure and pedicure line includes designer styles, mirrored, zebra print and sparkling metallic's. Minx requires no drying time and that means no spills, smudges or chips!! Minx is ideal for a special occasion, or when you fancy a change to your usual varnish. Depending on how you look after your nails, your Minx application can last much longer than regular varnish can. Once you've tried it, you can't go back."

Shellac

The revolutionary Super Polish that cures under a UV lamp giving you a manicure or pedicure lasting up to 2 weeks. Available in many colours and has a super shiney finish. This is the number one selling beauty treatment right now.

Gel Polish - Artistic Colour Gloss, Polish Pro & Recolution

New Gel polish's that cures under UV light giving you a manicure or pedicure that lasts up to 2 to 3 weeks. These Gels are non damaging to the natural nails and assists with natural nail growth. Slight buffing to the natural nail is required to assist product adhesion.

There are a choice of colours and the Gel Polish treatment last from 30 to 40 minutes. Inclusive of a mini manicure, this really is a great treatment. For further information on Gel Polish, please see the respective page.

Waxing

A fast, efficient and hygienic way of removing unwanted body hair for up to 6 weeks, using the best active ingredients. Wax has been formulated to provide impeccable waxing service for guaranteed customer satisfaction and suits all skin types. The waxing method that I use is Warm Wax or as often know as 'strip wax'. So warm wax is applied to the skin using a wooden spatula, and the wax is taken off using a muslin strip.

The ultimate hygiene methods are adopted at Essential Beauty and we do not re-use our wooden spatulas. Once the Spatula has been used and has touched a clients skin, the spatula is disposed off. This ensures that the spatula is not reused and placed back into the warm wax pot thus contaminating the clean wax. Additionally, where appropriate, non-latex gloves are warn too.

The wax itself is infused with Tea Tree to assist in a more comfortable waxing treatment, but also for its healing and antiseptic properties. The Pre Wax Cleanser and the Post Treatment creams are also infused with Tea Tree for their antiseptic properties. This minimises any redness or reactions that may be linked to the waxing process.

Spray Tanning and Waxing services are currently only available to female customers. If you have any questions regarding this, then I will be most happy to answer them

Spray Tanning customers under the age of 16.

I am most happy to spray clients that require a spray tan that are under the age of 16. However, I do require parents permission which is required in writing and confirmed prior to making a booking. Additionally, for dance groups that require tans for stage performances confirmation from parents are also required. Please contact me if you require further information on this subject.

Semi-Permanent Ultimate Eyelash Extensions

Ultimate Lash Treatment 'Tease Me' Set - £40

This is a quicker treatment and is a great way to add that extra special look for parties, weddings and special occasions. The outer eye corner is enhanced using a variety of lash designs. Normally customers would like lashes longer and thicker in this area in order to create an outer 'flick', resulting in a wider and more open eye look. Suitable for those not brave enough to go for the full set yet. A treatment time of an hour is required for a great result.

Ultimate Lash Treatment 'Oh So Naturelle' - £60

This is a very relaxing treatment in which lash's are applied whilst you are laid down with your eyes shut. In most cases the most natural lash is used that mimic's the natural eyelash. However using a mixture of lash curves and lash lengths I create a stunning set of eyelash's. You still get the constant mascaraed look that people want, but your friends and family won't know that you are wearing lash extensions. This really is a stunning but subtle addition to your beauty routine.

Ultimate Lash Treatment 'Wow Me' Set - £80

This is a very relaxing treatment in which lash's are applied whilst your are laid down with your eyes constantly shut. A variety of lash lengths, thickness's and shape are available to suit your needs. The lash design is discussed in your consultation. Typically you will have approximately 50 to 60 lashes in each eye, creating that wow factor. That really is the first word and reaction that I get from most of my customers! Wow! The treatment time is 2 hours.

Ultimate Re-lash / Infills - £45

Tidy existing lashes, remove any loose lashes and apply new ones to fill the gaps.

Re-lash prices apply where no more than a third of the existing lashes are missing at the 2 week point. If more lash's are missing and/or we are way past your expected infill time a different price my be applied or even a full set price charged. Please ask at the time of your infill appointment.

Please note that infills are allocated a certain amount of time. If you have lost more lashes and more time is needed then please tell me. I do like to allocated the right amount of time to avoid disappointment.

Ultimate Lash Speed Touch Ups - £20

No more than half an hour to do those touch ups in between infill appointments - This is great if you have a few missing and you just need a few added for that special event. In half and hour I will get as many in as I can to renew your full look.

Ultimate Lash - Full Removal - £20

i~Lash Express

For a quicker but an alternative to the semi-permanent lashes these lashes are a shorter term solution. These lashes give a similar effect to a full set of lash extensions.

Using a variety of specialist lash extensions developed for the Express lash treatment, you can create amazing and fuller sets of lash extensions. The alternative application technique allows for a darker and glam look due to the nature of the lash technique and types of lashes that can be applied.

The cost of the treament 'includes' the cost for removal. These must be removed by a trained professional. They cannot be left to grow out.

Full set of Lash's is applied in 30 - 40 minutes.

Express Lash - Glamorous and Dark - £40

A consultation appointment is required prior to your actual lash treatment in order for a patch test to take place and for a discussion of your requirements. This ensures that there are no adverse reactions to the lash adhesive that I use, but also to ensure that you are happy to proceed and that we have discussed the look that you want along.

Even if you have had lashes before, you still need a patch test. Different glues are used by different Lash Specialists. Please be mindful of this. Thank you for your understanding.
